Most pre-owned systems come from individual physician offices. They are being sold for a variety of reasons including; trading up, closing business, treatment no longer offered, financial hardship or contract concluded.

How am I assured of the quality of the system you are offering?

Many of the systems with MedX have been under continuous service agreements. We have a certification inspection performed and certification during installation upon delivery to you.

Do your systems come with a service contract or warranty?

Since we are an independent seller, we offer personalized options for your service agreements including a service contract from our laser service technicians or a possible contract directly from the OEM manufacturer.

What if I need application training on my new system?

We can provide training specifically for your new system and application needs. You will work with our own team of trained laser technicians or manufacturer contacts to get you the best trainer for your needs.
